Single estate organic white tea with a very light and mild flavour. This top grade is known as Silver Needle Pekoe, or Bai Hao Yin Zhen.
Product Description
Authentic white tea is only grown in the Fujian region of China and is the most simple and natural form of tea, grown only on a specific variety of tea bush. This is the most famous form of white tea, with carefully selected uniform long shoots covered in soft white hairs.
