Product Description
Our Chinese organic Ro Kwei oolong tea (Dark Dragon Wu Long tea) is just one of a large variety of Dark Oolong teas. The organic large leaf tea leaves are rolled and bruised, causing them to ferment to a greater extent - giving the liquor a darker and more pronounced sweet flavour.
This particualr region of China specialises in premium oolong teas, slowly drying the tea leaves in large rotating drums, through which warm air is blown, gently 'baking' the leaf.

| Infusion Instructions | Fresh water at 85-90C and allow 2-3 minutes for the first infusion. Then 20-30 seconds is enough for each successive infusion after the leaves have fully opened. The leaves can be infused many times. |
