FAQs
How do I place an order?

You may change quantities by entering a desired number and hitting the 'update shopping basket' button. To remove an item, simply click on the icon in the 'Remove product' column. Is it safe shopping online?
We keep all your information private and secure. All orders are placed through our secure server. And we will not release any of this information to any third party. Please refer to our privacy policy for further information.
What are your payment options?
We happily accept all major credit and debit cards.
When is my order dispatched?
Your order is dispatched once the payment has been approved and your delivery / billing address has been verified.
We aim to dispatch orders received on a business day by 11.30 am GMT the same day. Orders placed after this, over the weekend or during peak periods will go out the following business day.
What are your shipping rates?
Standard delivery in the UK is £3.95, and free for orders over £20. We hope to offer a next day delivery option soon for the UK. Our standard delivery rates are based on reasonably sized parcels, and we may have to contact you if your order is especially large to discuss the shipping options.
For overseas the rate varies depending on where the package is to be sent. Currently the best way to have something delivered internationally from the site is to contact us via email or telephone, and we will accurately calculate your shipping charges. You can then advise us if you wish to proceed with your order.
How long will my order take to arrive with standard delivery?
All of our standard delivery options should take 2-3 working days for UK addresses or 7-10 working days for overseas. Please allow 21 days from the day of despatch for your delivery before you report any delivery as missing. Often a delay can mean a slight snag in the postal system, and hence we must allow some time for any delayed parcels to arrive.
How do I send a gift to another address?
To send to a different address, simply select "new address" from the drop down box on the shipping address section of checkout and enter the gift recipient's address.?
I don't like ordering online. Can I order by phone or pay by cheque/money order?
Yes, simply call 0800 052 2440. Our customer service team will be happy to help you. If you are paying by cheque we won’t be able to ship your order until your payment has cleared, so please bear this mind when placing your order. There are also some credit /debit cards that we cannot accept over the telephone, namely Electron, American Express and Solo
What is your phone number?
Our telephone number is 0800 052 2440 and you can also find it under Contact Us. It is a freephone number so it won’t cost you a penny to call from the UK.
How do I return an order?
We want you to be happy with all the items you ordered, and will gladly accept back any item that was purchased within 30 days despatching the items. Non-faulty items must be returned in their original packaging and in an undamaged condition. In the case of tea/coffee the packaging must be unopened

We refund only standard postage charges for orders delivered outside the UK.
PLEASE NOTE: If you return your product for any other reason other than damage or company error, we will gladly assist you with refund or "store credit" for these items less a 35% disposal fee. No refund will be made for shipping charges.
We cannot be held responsible for goods that are returned to us that are lost in transit. If you are concerned, then we recommend that you send the goods by registered post and retain proof of posting.
Where do I return the order to?
Please return all orders to Ringtons Ltd., Algernon Road, Newcastle Upon Tyne, NE6 2YN.
When do disposal fees apply?
A disposal fee of 35% applies to shipments that have been opened, tried, and returned due to customer's dislike of the product. Since the product is no longer usable for resale, the fee covers a small percentage of the company's loss.
When do restocking fees apply?
A restocking fee of 35% applies to packages returned to us because an incorrect address was provided, or in the rare instances when all delivery attempts are unsuccessful. The fee is assessed to cover the shipping charges we accrue when Royal Mail returns your order to us.

It is up to you to take precautions to ensure that whatever you select for your use is free of such items as viruses, worms, Trojan horses and other items of a destructive nature.??
11.7 Headings. Condition and section headings are for convenience of reference only and shall not affect the interpretation of this agreement.
