Quick Overview
Light, clean and refreshing - the perfect introduction to the fascinating world of Oolong teas.
Product Description
This organic oolong tea is produced from single large leaves, which are gently rolled and squeezed in large cotton sacks, forming tight balls. The edges of the leaves are slightly bruised during the rolling process, causing some oxidation and allowing the complex flavours to develop, which are enhanced during the final baking process.
The leaves slowly unfurl as they are infused, and a teaspoonful will eventually expand to almost fill a Teafuser - look for the distinctive purple edges on the infused leaves.
Premium Chinese Oolong teas are widely renowned for their health benefits and many people like to use them as an aid to slimming - though we cannot provide any guarantees of course!
