Over 100 years ago our founder Samuel Smith saw the potential of delivering good quality tea and other products direct to customers’ doors. Many people are surprised to find that we still provide this service - although we now use a van rather than a horse and cart to do our rounds, we still believe in delivering our goods personally to each customer if we can.
